Privacy policy
This page explains in plain words what we do with your information when you visit reloadcraft.com and when you write to us. The legal detail is in the privacy notice.
In short
- We only receive data that identifies you when you fill in the form or write to us.
- As of this date there is no advertising or analytics tool tracking your visit.
- We do not sell your data, add it to marketing lists or share it with other companies.
- You can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted.
When you visit the site
When a page opens, the server writes the IP address, time, requested page and browser details of each request to its standard access log. This is the hosting provider’s ordinary log, kept for security and fault diagnosis and deleted after a short period.
The site is served through the Cloudflare network. Your connection passes through it for speed and security; while bot protection is active, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie.
Fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google’s servers when a page opens, and that request carries your IP address.
A session cookie is set in your browser to protect the project form. Details are in the cookie policy.
When you fill in the form
What you write is recorded on the server in a folder closed to outside access and emailed to our team. We reply within 4 business hours.
Your details are used only to prepare a proposal and discuss the scope. After the conversation ends, the record is kept for up to 2 years; if the work becomes a contract, it is kept for the term of the contract.
Email and phone
Email conversations stay in our team’s mailbox. Phone calls are not recorded.
Security
- The connection between your browser and the site is encrypted with TLS (https).
- The folder holding form records is closed to web access; only the relevant team members can read it through server access.
- The form is protected against automated and bulk submissions with rate limiting and validation.
Other sites
When you click the Instagram and LinkedIn links on the page, those platforms’ own privacy rules apply. The links do not run any tracking code on this site.
Children
The site is not aimed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
