We are in Ticimax’s official partner programme with direct access to features and support channels; set-ups are done by platform rules. It is an assurance of correct set-up, not a sales guarantee.
02How long does loading thousands of products take?
It depends on data readiness. With name, description, images, price and stock in an orderly file, bulk upload is fast; if scattered, we tidy the data first and set the timeline in discovery.
03Are stock and price synced with marketplaces?
Yes. Marketplace connections are set up through Ticimax; stock and price rules are tested and written, with priorities for conflicts.
04Do we need custom software instead of Ticimax?
For most multi-product retail and wholesale stores Ticimax is sufficient and economical. For very specific business rules or an operations panel we propose a custom panel beside or instead of it; we build both.
